Exercise is my prozac. I have treatment resistant depression, and if it wasn't for riding my bike or treadmill, along with my strength training, I'd be a basket case for sure. As to relieving stress... that's the first thing I do when I'm under pressure. Seem to be able to handle situations better after a good sweat.

Thanks ClassicRocker for the encouragement! I've always been a stress eater. So trying to replace that with water & exercise.
