I don't know what happened 😭 I thought I'd done well this week
426.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 126.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don’t worry, weeks like that happen! It will come off 💪 don’t give up. Keep going, keep posting, measure and log every single nibble and sip - cooking oil and sugary drinks tripped me up a lot
