We put up the Christmas tree but haven't decorated it yet. Made cheese scalloped potatoes & ham plus a vegetarian version. My daughter made brownies for her dad but I couldn't resist and had two.
Vitamins: Yes Rosacea: 3 = moderate flare with new spots (Cheese from tasting the scalloped potatoes & refined sugar) Migraine - day 4 of a migraine. Woke up with a throbbing headache... took 2 motrin, by the afternoon my headache was gone.
