I have definitely made my goal this week! The active nature of my work is very good for me, and the control that routine brings me is a benefit as well.

I am three lbs from next weeks goal and I have a 12 hour shift today. I didn't want to set a goal of town lbs for the week because that's not reasonable, and I am struggling to keep my expectations attainable already. I may actually make it anyway, and I suspect a big part if that is because I have already accomplished my goal. Without that stressful race against time to my inevitable failure, I am actually ENJOYING my achievements. That's a twist.

Well, here's to keeping up the good work!
273.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
