you know, I'm honestly not as happy as I should be. I've slipped into an unhealthy calorie intake and although I eat the right things, I don't eat enough of them. Time to re-evaluate and load up on protein shakes in the meantime
98.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
