It wasn't even a very busy day, but the activity itself is good for me. I did my strength routine this morning as well.

Couldn't help but notice that I wasn't as perky this morning as I usually am in similar situations. I got plenty of sleep, some up refreshed, worked out. Come shower time, however, I was still dragging. It was just a born start.

The rest of my day, however, was wonderful!
274.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
