After struggling to loose weight for the past five years i have had a gastric sleeve. At 64 it was not easy but well worth it. I had become insulin resistant causing fat storage. My weight ballooned to 114kg.

209.4 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
