Still clipping along. Had two days off and wasn't very active, exercise wise anyway, but I've got a seven day stretch coming up at work. I am sure I will more than make up for my sloth.

Either way, I've lost five pounds this week, which was the goal, so I feel rather accomplished! What I am sure I will drop on Friday and Saturday is all bonus.
275.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
