I have decided to start weighing in everyday but only entering a new weight when I actually weigh, this will be on Mondays. I like how the weigh-in puts the additional information in the journal entry it automatically creates for you. If I add a comment then I can edit the days journal as I need to. If you don't add a comment during the weigh-in process then you can't edit the entry.

Vitamins: Yes
Rosacea: 3 = moderate flare (My face has been very dry. Started using Olay Regenerist, fragrance-free regenerating serum as a moisturizer... wait and see if I have a reaction to it)
Water Retention
Migraine - mild took two Tylenol
175.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
