Haven't had a drop in almost 3 weeks. Today I had a 5 lbs drop. So excited! almost under 100 lbs.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cb, Its a way of eating that is really designed for people addicted to food. Its very effective. There is a book "Bright Line Eating" and website brightlineeating.com. I find it makes this whole process easier.
