Ugh...had a weak moment last night with chips and cream cheese. :( That stuff is HIGH in calories. Man! Bummer! It showed on the scale today!. :(
234.8 lb Lost so far: 63.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
