1128 kcal Fat: 37.98g | Prot: 75.85g | Carb: 128.54g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Milk (Nonfat), Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar. Lunch: Clementine, Light String Cheese, Chicken Leg Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Grapes. Dinner: 2% Milk Mexican Taco Cheese, Baked Tostitos Scoops, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat). Snacks/Other: Sweet Freedom Krunch Lites, mini m&m's. more...
