Just realized that I bombed on my stretch goal of getting to 195 in 99 days (today) - but the good news is that I have about 2.2 lbs per week to lose to get there by my birthday - based on today's numbers, it looks like I'm slowing down considerably -- I guess I'll just have to force myself. Bring it!
