Still paying for that sushi. Okay there was a desert too.

Maybe tomorrow I'll see these pounds dropping back off. That little splurge cost me 6 pounds. Had I known it would be that bad, I'd have NOT done that.

301.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 178.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
