WOW! Weighed in this morning and after 3 days of watching myself VERY carefully and working out yesterday, Im already down 2.4 pounds! ALTHOUGH, my trainer said the first 10 should come off fast and shouldn't really count.... BUT IM COUNTING IT! ;) VERY EXCITED that Im back at the gym!!!! :)
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
