Learned last night at the gym that if you perspire while you work out, it's best not to wear cotton else you will rub your nipples raw....and I'm a guy - wouldn't have thought that would be a concern.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
