My goal for this week is to lose two pounds. I want to weigh 164 by Sunday. 164 has been evading me. It seems like a wall, but I know this week I will breach it.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week
