A brief period of success in late July has given way to no meal planning.

Traps:

Eating after 8 p.m.
Liquid calories.
Dining out.

Lack of stability in environment.

Plan going forward:

Meal prep with the 4 P's: Plan, Purchase, Prepare, and Portion.
Do this for 7 days and check back in.

Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Second, incorporate some light walking. ~2 miles, 5x week.
Third, begin meditation practice.
Fourth, eliminate stimulants, such as nicotine and coffee (max. 2 cups daily).
