I have no idea how I dropped ANY weight, after all of the food from my future-father-in-law's 70th birthday party! Its some kind of miracle, and I'll take it! ;D (Edit: just pulled up the picture of the plate and implemented the info from the meal, and it was actually about 1600 calories...I didn't mean to forego eating beforehand, but it kinda worked out, to stay under RDI! Hopefully my body didn't jump into starvation mode, and this may just be the quiet before the storm...as in, my weight might jump tomorrow, hope not!)

Trying to motivate myself to get out there and walk...just like yesterday, its dreary, humid, and blah outside.. >.>
184.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
