A rise because of having a cheat day ( very salty) on Labor Day. Back to the routine today and all will be well. Everyone needs a cheat day every once in a while! The key is getting right back on track. Have a great day everyone.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
