I'm trying the lemonade detox. It's kickin' my butt. I had to stop doing the cayenne. Maybe I was using too much. And I'm not sticking to it really well; every once in a while I have a meal. But I'm really trying to stick to soup or salad. Fiber is a really good idea, lol. I am eating less and I'm losing weight! And every time I fall off the wagon, so to speak, I just get back on. Something someone said on this site really stuck with me. Basically, they were saying if you slip and go out to eat or eat something you're not supposed to, don't beat yourself up about it, just say it's okay and get right back on to doing the good diet thing. And that's what I'm going to do until all the extra weight is off. Keep a positive attitude.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
