weight been going up..plz pray for me..a.m. weight..note cut out late night eating..walk more
271.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

I know the feeling. The late eating was my real downfall. Since switching to intermittent fasting (I only eat from 10:30am to 6:30) I’m doing better. I’m not able to snack at night and it is helping a lot! It also encourages me to go to bed sooner!
