Feeling excited. Next month is my birthday and really want to at least weigh 70. This winter was hard, there were so many temptations which I gave into. Let's see what September has in store for me.
171.1 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
