Firelair's Journal, 04 August 2013

I am currently the weight I was when I first discovered Fatsecret! At that time, I dropped my weight about 20 lbs and saw a green line twice before I fell off the wagon. This time I'm trying to beat that by a long shot! As I went through my weight history, I noticed I dropped about 10 lbs my first month, then about 3 the next, and about 3 the following. Lets see how quickly the pounds shed this time around. I'm eating very healthy, staying well below my RDI, and taking long walks almost everyday. Hoping this is my new plan for success!

PS...This afternoon is my BF's dad's 70th birthday, and I've been told not to bring any food because they've made too much! I'm not anticipating any weight loss during tomorrow's weigh-in.. >.>
185.3 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 50.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
