I'm following more of a diabetic diet now; the doctor said I have potential for diabetes, given family history. So in 5 days, I lost a pound. I'm hopeful that with the new app that I found (iCookbook Diabetic), I can make myself tasty meals and give myself variety. I think that's been my problem; I can follow a diet only until it becomes boring for me. I feel like I eat the same things daily. I am taking action to find new quick and easy recipes to keep the boredom at bay.
