Ate well yesterday but a little too much I think. Had a good workout on a new stationary bike, it almost killed me though. It was really hard. It was a bike that I had not ridden before and was a little strange in its positioning. I didn't even have the difficulty level up that hard but at one point I had a heart rate of over 170bpm. That was really crazy. Anyway, it was a good day and only three pounds to go.
