Oh dear looks like the bubble has burst. 1lb on this week. I wasn't expecting that. Will have to try harder next week but may be difficult as I went for fish & chips today (only had half a portion) and am going for drinks and tapas tomorrow.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
