I am so not paying attention and just....well just not being healthy. I keep coming back here and checking in. A little heavier each time. So what am I going to do about it. Keep making poor decisions on what goes in my mouth or start being healthy about it. I choose (as I always intend to) to be healthy. Lets see if I really do it this time. Weighing in again next Saturday. Hope to be a tad bit lighter.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
