Bought myself some digital scales, had a cheeky little weigh in and have lost 3lbs, feeling a little pleased but not getting too excited. Staying on track and keeping focus as I'm out today helping at a local fête. Planning on taking my lunch with me X x
140.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
