weighing in today, as I'm going for a day out with the wife so no diet or callorie counting today!

what are your thoughts on treat/cheat days?
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2924 kcal Fat: 148.11g | Prot: 99.21g | Carb: 298.36g.   Breakfast: Sainsbury's Grated Mozzarella,  Mushrooms , Aldi Bacon,  Egg,  Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Dinner:  Fish and Chips. Snacks/Other: Cadbury Fudge (25.5g), McVitie's Penguin (20g), Kit Kat Kit Kat, Tunnock's Caramel Wafer, Cadbury Time Out Wafer,  Bananas . more...

Every Saturday night I have what I want as an evening meal with alcohol and it hasn’t set me back with weight loss. As I’ve lost more maybe my portion sizes have got smaller! But it’s nice for me to have that so it’s something to look forward too and I’m not restricting myself for ages. X x

Nice drop. I eat and drink anything on a cheat day , probably why I'm struggling to get to my target.
