Looking at your diet calendar i can say this. Your protein intake is low. Cut out any processed carbs (bread, pasta, pastries, sweets) and consume more raw carbs (oats, brown rice, potatoes) Your calorie intake looks decent. Never go under 1000 calories because that will really damage your hormones and don't try to lose more than 0.5-1kg a week. Hope this helps a little.

Thanks a lot. I do battle with protein intake because i am vegetarian (no meat, chicken or fish) and so get my protein from dairy, soya and beans. Any advice?

Not the biggest advocate of going vegan due to the loss of strength in male athletes, but I have heard you get Hemp Protein powder as well. By chicken I take it no eggs either?

I eat eggs but not a huge fan - i have been vegetarian for over 15 years. So what is hemp protein powder - is that like a meal supplement shake?
