I decided to take a couple of weeks off the diet and I've paid for it. But, it could be worse! Looking forward to re-finding my mojo and seeing the scales go down again #chubsbegone
226.0 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did that once but my weight went higher than I ever wanted it to go again so it’s calorie counting for life for me

Thank you both! Yes I'm sure I can do it again, just a case of pushing through these first few days of still wanting to eat ALL the foods 🙃 I think I may have to calorie count for life, I'm really not blessed with good genes!
