As expected.....not bad after a couple of weeks holiday's, need to come back to my diet and workouts 😅💪🏃‍♀️💪😅
129.0 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1153 kcal Fat: 31.19g | Prot: 95.69g | Carb: 107.19g.   Breakfast: Alpro Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Tesco Flaked Almonds , Tesco Strawberries. Lunch: Tesco Broccoli Florets, Tesco Penne Pasta,  Chicken Breast,  Hot Chilli Pepper,  Garlic ,  Basil , John West Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, Waitrose Essential Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner:  Basmati Rice,  Chicken Breast,  Asparagus ,  Cooked Mature Onions (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Napolina Red Kidney Beans. Snacks/Other: Tesco Strawberries,  Peaches . more...
