108/1/13.5 2020/September/PT. Minor hip pain overnight and morning before workout. Somewhat more hip pain a couple hours later, focused on front and side, but not back quad/ham.

107/19/18/13.5 2020/August/August Gym/PT was Sat 8-29-2020. Great workout. Double workout. No left hip pain going in or during workout. Minor pain Saturday evening. More pain on Sunday and even more on Monday, so didn't workout Monday. Hip pain migrating from back quad/upper hamstring to front and side, without quad/ham pain. Is that good or bad?
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
