baby steps, baby steps....
I need to be a little kinder to myself. I have gained, but it's because I am obsessing about loosing. Seems that no matter how many times I study weight loss, the universal agreement is journaling, and tracking. So here I am. It's a few days away from my 40th birthday. I'm the heaviest I've been, in the worst shape ever. Now is the time to change. My body is changing, I must change with it.
