Did lots of working out yesterday, going to keep it lighter today.
Edit: I didn't keep it lighter. I couldn't. Turbo Jam Kickboxing for 20 minutes, Turbo jam ab jam for 10 minutes (standing part.) 30 Day Shred level 1 for 27 minutes, and then did some cleaning and I'll probably go for a 45 minute power walk a bit later.
