have been careless. only a kilo increase but not in the right direction. back to cico and low carb after the bank holiday and no diet fizzy drinks ! any other tips ??
131.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1271 kcal Fat: 63.21g | Prot: 84.20g | Carb: 86.55g.   Breakfast: Nestle Bitesize Shredded Wheat, Tesco Cooked Ham,  Pita Bread,  White Rice (Long-Grain) , Sainsbury's Carrots, Morrisons Mackerel Pate. Lunch: Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts & Q10, Tesco Chia Seeds, Tesco Raspberries, MyProtein Collagen Protein, Fage Total 5% Greek Yoghurt, Asda Avocado. Dinner:  Asparagus , Baby Spinach, Tomatoes, Salmon. Snacks/Other: Tesco Californian Raisins, Cadbury Dairy Milk Bar (40g), Mixed Nuts, Willie's Cacao Pure 100% Dark Chocolate,  Semi-Skimmed Milk. more...
