It's day 1 again. I woke this morning and did about 30 minutes of exercise. I couldn't get my DVD player to work so I put on the exercise channel and just moved. It felt good. I am going to log everything I eat and get back on track before I totally derail. This is usually where I go way off and gain back everything and this time I will not let that happen!!!
