I'm getting through the weekend pretty good, I definitely eat more when I'm at home vs at work. and yesterday was a resting day but today will be a working day and I think I'll get my body moving enough to see some big progress. I'm also expecting a package in the mail that has a couple of keto friendly treats and my testing strips to make sure that I am doing what I need to do to stay on the right track.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
