I’m not surprised because I let myself eat pasta and some cake and a pint of lemonade at work. And then had some rice when I got home too. I guess it was my sort of cheat day.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 35.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
