Back on track and back upping the exercise. My last weigh in was in the evening, after dinner, having just been away on vacation so I think this week's huge loss is mainly just getting back on track rather than actual loss.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
