I ended up with a 1/2 stuffed pepper (yes, with rice) but only ended up with 19.5 net carbs for the day, 6 being veggies. Hoping it doesn't stall me or make me gain for tomorrow. I want the whoosh fairy to come see me :)
139.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
