After an amazing week with my mom... I have successful side tracked from my good eating habits. I should give myself some credit: with family in town it is very difficult to eat well. It's harder to eat right when you're eating out, and preparing large meals. BUT I made great choices this week, even without counting.
I minimized the bread intake. I ate small portions of sweets. I ordered greek salads instead of pasta or pizza at the italian restaurants. I minimized the glasses of wine to 2 per sitting. I had small portions of gravy, potatoes, and green bean casserole on Turkey Day. I think (just maybe) I will only experience a small gain this week.
I'm SO excited that hubby and I are starting a new work out routine next week. Family has returned to their homes, and now it's time for me to keep working on my plan!
