Is your profile correct your weight in kg is over 30 stone but you don’t look nowhere near that size but I get what you are saying about t-shirts but don’t make the same mistake as me I kept losing weight and then getting rid of old clothes and buying more I was originally XXL but now I’m LARGE so I wasted a lot of money

Razor yes it's correct. I'm quite tall do it's spread out more. I'm trying to not buy much unless there's a significant difference. Currently they're just a bit baggy so they'll be fine for now. We'll done on your loss though, that's fantastic to drop them sizes

To be honest I’ve only just fit in to large I tried them on last week but not worn out yet I’m well happy because I’ve never been smaller than XL too much beer but I think as long as I keep counting calories I can maintain it Good luck with your journey don’t forget it’s for life always calorie count otherwise you will yo-yo And wonder why

Yeah I have been, it definitely makes me think, especially when I'm doing a food shop. It's the first thing I look at before I buy anything. That's really good, should be proud.

clothing is a better judge than the scale for me. my scale does dumb stuff but my pants fall down.
