It's okay I knew the pound I lost yesterday really wasn't mine. I didn't earn it - it was simply loss of water due to alcohol and coffee. Plus I had a fab bowl of buttered popcorn and nice glass of diet pop. Felt like cheating but it was still within my carbs. Wouldn't do it everyday though...or would I?
136.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL. That's ok...I had a whole cup of frozen raspberries and I was still within my carbs...give or take .5ish.
