Still maintaining at 161, but I know I've done great all week, so I'm going to weight gain to my menstrual cycle. I'm not going to get discouraged by the scales, because I know I'm dieting the right way. I'm hoping to see at least a small change next Thursday when i weigh in again.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
