Very respectable loss, considering my meal and drinks at Houlihan's last night. I got home and checked some of the calorie counts.....whoooooo......scary. I did track it all. It put me over points for the week, but it was fortunately the last day of the week!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes our bodies need a high calorie/fat day - it acutally helps us lose weight. This is something I'm still learning!! Great job!!!
