18.4% bodyfat weighed after breakfast. This is surprising since I had a lot to eat during thanksgiving so maybe the scale is off we will see next weigh in.

Edit: After lunch (whole 10" pizza lol) I weighed 193.2 and 18.2% body fat so this is more belivable, but we will see next week.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
