Yesterday was a very good day. Took the day off from working out because I felt like I needed a rest day. I just felt drained. Hopefully, I will be feeling better today.
235.4 lb Lost so far: 59.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
