Just got started with my routine. So far so good with the excercize...
Mon, Wed, Thurs (Thanksgiving:) and today (Fri) an hour on the eliptical each day.
This is my "New Beginning". I will start recording my food intake tomorrow. :)
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
